- Yes, a review request email can be shared with the customer after the journey. It can either be sent manually or automatically.
- The review template can be set up on the backend dashboard under “Settings > Review > Review Template”.
- Under the general Reviews section, the admin can see the reviews under the categories – Pending, Published and Rejected.
- The reviews that are under the Published status will be displayed on the frontend.
- The customers will also be able to post a review from the frontend by clicking on Reviews > Write a review.
