Basic Troubleshooting

Not receiving email confirmation?
* Login to you back-end dashboard.
* Head to Settings > Email and check if the entered credentials (Email ID, SMTP Host, Port number, Username and Password) are right.
* Send a test email to yourself and check if you are receiving an email as expected.

Payment not going through?
* Login to you back-end dashboard.
* Head to Settings > Payment and check if the entered API keys/Token/ID/Webhook is right.
* Make a small payment and check if the payment is going through.
